Why cant i lose fat, someone please help!!?

so i exercise 5 times a week, i work every body part, im a pretty heavy lifter, i work my abs about 3 times a week, and i do interval training for 30 minutes 3 times a week and regular cardio for the 2 other days, i eat a 1200 calorie diet, examples for lunch are grilled or boiled chicken with salad, alabacore or tuna with salad, for snacks i might eat a special k 90 calorie bar or a slim fat 100 calorie bar or low fat yogurt, or 50 calorie cheese stick, i drink a lot ofwater, and green tee, for break fast i usually eat boiled eggs or a bowl of special k cereal with fat free milk or whole wheat oatmeal with fat free milk depends, anyways ive been on this for exactly 2 weeks, and i dont see any belly fat going away? am i asking for results way too fast, or what am i doing wrong? im really impacient but i really dont wanna keep going for months and be dissapointed by no results, im a female, and have 20.7 body fat, im 16 years old, my body fat is distributed pretty evenly i have a skinny stomach but i do have that little baby bump which i hate, i dont know what to do someone give me some good advice please, it will be greatly appreciated. And also are there any fatburners i can use or something that will help me burn it faster, any techcniques?

Resentment is huge in marriage!?

I have been married for over two years and the resentment toward my wife has grown. It was not like this in beginning. Fear of helicopter flying?

My father is an experienced helicopter pilot with well over 10,000 hours flying helicopters and around the same amount for fixed wings. He is the operations manager for a helicopter company and I am always being offered to go on flights that would usually cost 350$ or more for free, with him or with him and other pilots in AS350 squirrels or R44 helicopters. There is just one problem. I have an irrational fear of flying, fueled largely by the fact that 2 years before I was born a pilot who was not stating his position, came round a mountain in his aeroplane and crashed into my dads helicopter. My dad managed to get it down but his foot is still painful for him today and the guy in the plane was killed. It's not so much an "Oh might god I'm going to die fear" its just that I can't relax in a helicopter, I always have to be scanning the sky for other aircraft and listening out for irregularities in the helicopters rotor sound. Another thing I don't like is sitting in the helicopter while the turbine spools up- cool sound but it makes my heart beat faster and faster until I'm a bundle of nerves. Today is my birthday and my dad was doing sound checks on the squirrel up over some of the most scenic coast in the country but I had to turn down his offer for me to come with him out of fear of flying. Now I'm sitting at home at the computer half wishing I was in the Squirrel, half being glad I'm on the ground. What places or sites can help me with my fear and get me flying ?

So i switched to Time Warner since the first day of service, I always got calls at 12:30 and 4: 30 am daily. A month later i switched back to sbc problem solve. FHA Loan not approved but Lender approved??

We have been in the process of re-financing our mortgage for almost 2 months. We were just told today that the FHA Underwriters rejected the loan due to credit. Our mortgage person told us everything was cleared through the lender but it was up to FHA for final approval. I'm still a bit confused on this. We already paid almost $500 for the appraisal under the umption that the loan was good to go. Our mortgage person even told us they had ordered the title already. Now today they come back with this. Is there anything that can be done? They are supposed to get the lender management to write a letter to FHA. I feel like we were tricked or something because we explained our whole "credit situation" to them first.

When you starve yourself your body starts saving fats and you actually gain weight first and then your body starts eating itself. Literally. So yes you would get very weak because eventually it would eat away at your muscles too and you can't sleep well either.

Why am I getting hypoglycemia almost every time I work out?

I am not a diabetic, but I bought one of those glucose machines because I thought this was happenign to me, and I was right. About 50% of the time when I do my 30 minutes of cardio, I get hypoglycemia about 15 mins into it, or sometimes at the end. Usually I start feeling anxious and my vision gets darker. My workouts are normal moderate intensity for my age (31). I have numbers like 62, 56, and even 42 once. I have had to resort to keeping a soda on the table next to my exercise bike. Even after the sugar is corrected, I still feel mentally anxious for a good long while. I always eat within an hour of starting my workout. Alright so I've been doing really good in my SuperStar(or 24/7 mode watever you wanna call it) in SvR08. I'm in the Last Man Standing Match against MVP...It's been going on for like an hour now even though I should've beaten him 10-12 minutes into it. The only way I can seem to get the ref to administer the 10 count is by going into the hotspot in the crowd and throwing MVP between the area where you can fight and the area where you can't...SO IS THERE AN EASIER WAY TO GET THE REF TO DO THE 10 COUNT?

Joining the parachute regiment with asthma.?

Hello I have been working towards a career in the RAF as a pilot for some time now and have recently discovered I am unable to due to the fact I have exercise induced asthma. I have since turned my attention to the parachute regiment. Is there any chance I would be able to join I have decent fitness level and can complete a cross country event without much trouble. What should I do about a criminal getting a light sentence?

There is someone who has hared my family and committed violence toward them for years who will be sentenced in a Texas court next week. He was convicted of reckless injury to a child, a state jail felony. This was his sixth felony conviction, five state jail felonies and a second degree felony for burglary of a habitation. He also currently has pending felonies in another county for ault of a police officer and escape causing bodily injury. He was also recently given a revocation of his parole by the Board of Pardons and Parole, but I was told that at most he would serve 3 months on the revocation. At any rate, the DA in the county he was convicted in would not enhance the charge, even though it was his sixth felony. So the recommended sentencing is 6 months to 2 years and he has already sat in county jail for a year, so if they just sentence him to 1 year, he will do no more jail time for beating a 3 year old. Along with the parole revocation he may only do 3 months total for both. And the scary thing is the two pending felonies are in a county that has not given him any significant jail time for all the previous felonies he committed. So my question would be, is there any use in writing a congressman or the Texas attorney general to tell them about this situation or is it a waste of time? Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Nerve or muscular??

I have been to the docs (variety of them),I had cat scans and nothing shows up, which is a good thing too. I have a muscle that spasms above my ear on my head, according to the dentist it is a muscle spasm from tmj. I wore one of them top teeth mouth guards but it only made me worse so i stopped using it. My right ear always feels clogged and it feels as if i have a pinched nerve on that side of my neck. I feel i need to push behind my ear and push up around my neck to get some relief. Is this tmj or is it nerve/muscular? A year ago i was doing some stretches and i felt really odd after, all these symptoms suddenly came on. I get pins and needles on the right side of my head at times, my neck has a click in it sometimes, not a cracking feeling. Where to start with manual settings?

I would go to court and ask the judge to order the whole family into counseling with/or probation on the offense. It is an alternative at many localities and it is sorely needed here. I would also not take a side. That would be an enabler. I would not expect a miracle if he did and refuse to take sides if it continued after. If you want to stop abuse in your family this is the start. If no effective intervention it is ped from one generation from the other in most cases and that is a clear pattern here. There is usually no easy solution. But this would be a start. In plain English the first step is they learn to deal with frusteration and conflict without physical actions....to each other. Or at least begin to learn that. When it has come this far it is hard to change this pattern of behavior.

Hey, I got my lip pierced about a month ago at a 14g. It healed up fine and everything and I recently wanted a ring, so I went to the piercing place and they didn't have any rings in a 14g but they did have 16g CBRs. So I've had the ring in for about a week now, and its a bit irritated on the inside, it stings a little bit at times and theres a little bit of a slit on the inside. What are some tips for a new contact lense wearer and makeup?

I just started wearing contact lenses. They are soft contacts (Acuvue Oasis for asigmatism). I started out wearing makeup and they bothered me. For past few days, have not and they are getting easier to wear. But I don't know if it is all to do with makeup or my eyes are just getting used to them. I wear Max factor pan stick foundation which is a stick and thick. I use little and spread it far. But I do put it under eyes and on lids to help cover girl eyeshadow stay in place and also because my eyes are dark underneath and on lid. I am careful to keep it out of eye. I use cover girl mascara (not water proof, I have trouble getting it all off) and I am careful to start about in the middle of lash and get the tips. I don't know if when I sweat the foundation/eyeshadow is getting wet and getting in eyes causing discomfort or if it is the mascara which I was told to get water proof. I don't wear powder. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. p.s. I also bought new mascara and eyeshadow because mine was kinda old and I new I wanted to start with a fresh new one because of bacteria, or should I just keep wearing it until i get used to it? I a going to wear makeup today and try out these lubricating drops I got, but they are kinda oily and you would think that the oiliness would attract any dry makeup particles to stay in the eye??? I don't know. Any affordable brands or types of makeup that would be better. Thanks in advance.

My 26 year old wife left me to move back in with her parents and wanted me to file for divorce. Installation of laminate countertop - is this price reasonable?

We just had a laminate countertop installed in our kitchen. The countertop was shaped like an L with an overhang (on the L) to the other side where we can sit along one side of the L. The countertop was approx 30 inches deep (I bought sheet laminate that the installer glued (he build the surface from plywood) and bevel edges to be glued). The total length in linear feet of the countertop is 20 linear feet. Our wall was somewhat uneven so the back had to be scribed. Our installer originally told us the countertop should not cost much more than 1500 but now he says that it took longer than he thought and the price is 4500 (for the work + materials). Are we unreasonable to be shocked - I mean it is laminate. He did cut out the hole for the sink for us (we installed the sink ourselves though) and screwed in the bottom cabinets to the wall - there were 4 bottom cabinets there (we put the cabinets together ourselves beforehand).
