Is there an Australian Equivalent of the Special Reconnaissance Regiment?

I know that the SRR is a fairly new part of the British armed forces and that information about it is scarce, but i was wondering if there was an Australian group that does something similar to them because in the US they have the Intelligence Support Activity.
