How do I to put a bridle on this horse?

He's an Arabian.... and super smart! He's not afraid of it but he knows its means work it if its on. Its weired...he will put his head down than when the bridle gets over his ears he'll throw his head up really high. There is nothing wrong with his teeth or ears...Please help!!
