It sounds like you had an ingrown hair or a pimple of some kind. Maybe you got some dirt in a small cut. My husband last night had a bump on his lip that was similar. When he got all of the "fluids" out there was something like a grain of sand that cause the infection. I would just keep the area clean like and other wound. Hope it gets better for you soon.
