Why cant i lose fat, someone please help!!?

so i exercise 5 times a week, i work every body part, im a pretty heavy lifter, i work my abs about 3 times a week, and i do interval training for 30 minutes 3 times a week and regular cardio for the 2 other days, i eat a 1200 calorie diet, examples for lunch are grilled or boiled chicken with salad, alabacore or tuna with salad, for snacks i might eat a special k 90 calorie bar or a slim fat 100 calorie bar or low fat yogurt, or 50 calorie cheese stick, i drink a lot ofwater, and green tee, for break fast i usually eat boiled eggs or a bowl of special k cereal with fat free milk or whole wheat oatmeal with fat free milk depends, anyways ive been on this for exactly 2 weeks, and i dont see any belly fat going away? am i asking for results way too fast, or what am i doing wrong? im really impacient but i really dont wanna keep going for months and be dissapointed by no results, im a female, and have 20.7 body fat, im 16 years old, my body fat is distributed pretty evenly i have a skinny stomach but i do have that little baby bump which i hate, i dont know what to do someone give me some good advice please, it will be greatly appreciated. And also are there any fatburners i can use or something that will help me burn it faster, any techcniques?
