Precipitation. Precipitation is dependant on the air pollution, the wind, the dewpoint and and what systems are in the area. Tempature usually remain close to the same at a certain latitude. It is usually 40-50 degrees farenheit here in florida in the winter and 80-95 degrees in the summer.
