Can anyone give me a sign of a mcdojo so i can avoid one?

Tell me what the experience of trainers should be and other things that differentiates a mc dojo from a "real one" (primarily for bjj and muay thai) their are a bunch of bjj schools near me and im sure that some if not most are mcdojos and their are several muaythai schools that seem iffy thanks in advance
