What is the song 'The Longest Mile' by Circa Survive about?

I was reading on Anthony Green's website a while ago and remember him talking about how his dad would try to help him with song ideas and one was about "how did they sink the titanic?" and I kinda figured maybe he went with that idea in this song... I could be wrong though.
