Should i dye my hair blonde? (pics)?

ermmm i love ur hair in the first pic!!!it looks amazing.....anyway, for the blonde hair, i was thinkin you could go lighter than that because i think you will be able to pull it off plus it would look very striking.......like this colour (not the style, the picture is in the source bit)
