I'm looking for a certain hip hop video, with the lyrics Trendsetter?

I cant seem to remember the name of the video or the artist, but i remember it has this black guy in a suit dancing wildly on top of a building while in the background you can hear "trend setter setter setter.." it also includes some instruments in the background and people playing them. while some guy is rapping.
