Guitar songs for beginners?

really any Green Day song. They are all in the range of G, C, F, and D. Some Em thrown in there... And I've found Arcade Fire songs to be simple enough to play acoustically, but I'm a big Arcade Fire fan, some people aren't, whatever floats your boat. Ray Lamontagne plays some very simple songs with simple chords, such as Trouble, great tune. And if you want to work on your fingerpicking Sam Beam (aka Iron and Wine) plays a lot of finger picking songs where if you just work at them for a bit they get really simple. I suggest 'Naked as We Came' and 'Such Great Heights'.
