I Am Failing Secondary School What Do I Do?

You're mentioning all the things you don't do. Do them!!!!! I don't know how old you are but GCSEs can't be that far away, you've got to pull yourself together and actually work. Whenever I'm not bothered to work I imagine my life and how crap it could be unless I do well at my GCSEs and A levels. If you don't put the effort in now your life will suck after school.
