Why are israel opposers not protesting the renewed attacks by hamas?

it has come to my notice that people wait till israel start retaliating before they start protesting. hamas is now starting another bombing campaign and israel is warning severe response if they don't stop. i know people want israelis to die before they respond. people are afraid to protest against hamas but feel free to complain about israel. finally, i am beginning to also notice israelis are stingy and don't want to spend money to organise protests before the hamas supporters do. that is why they keep loosing the media battles. what will it cost a few people carrying placards in front of media houses to protest .... before war starts and people start supporting the hamas again?
